#FrameItFriday (week 40 season 6)Let me get this "off my chest", it's been bugging me. Maybe I'm paranoid, I don't know, whatever. Just to be clear, I've been posting #ChickPicotheDay for close to 12 years now and I am not "oblivious" to what is happening in the world today. I have opinions, I have deep concerns, I have compassion and fears and I hope and pray and wish only for peace in this world. That's a LOT of ands. I choose to not discuss any of that on this page. On this page it's always been my mission to create a spot for folks to "pop by for a peek", make you laugh and smile with whatever photo it is I've posted and then just go about your day feeling a bit better. That's it, oh and maybe the odd booking or image sale doesn't hurt either. :) That's all I gotta say about that but I felt the strange urge to put it out there, maybe because it's Friday the 13th? Whatever. It seems like forever since I shot my last show but I got out last night to see Corb Lund presented by Tweed & Company Outdoor Stage (fantastic soldout show btw) and those pics will be showing up on my feed sometime today. Tomorrow's private shoot will be so cool (we're meeting "at a fence" for it). Saturday night as a part of the Festival of Small Halls Ontario series I'm excited to hear the music of multi award winner Julian Taylor at the Actinolite Hall hosted by the Tweed & Area Arts Council. It will be a busy few days but it will keep me out of mischief, possibly. This is one of those blah, blah, blah infomercial blogs today isn't it? May as well keep it going by saying "have you pre-ordered one of my calendars yet?" $35Cdn shipped to you and $5!!! from EVERY calendar sale gets donated to a charity local to me. Once the dust settles I'll have some coin in my purse to pay for a tank of gas for my troubles. Thank you to those of you who have already pre-ordered. To you that still want to get a copy, send me an e-transfer and your address to: heathercards@hotmail.com

That's all. Stay safe.
PEACE, love and kumbaya,Heather

.S.-The photo was taken in this cute little village close to us called Queensborough. I love the seasonal decor this homeowner puts out. Cute eh?
