"Pssssst, mum saw robins, turkey vultures and a frog hopped across the road in front of her car last night on her way home. Don't worry, she didn't pancake it."

Thanks for the intro Stella, yes, in spite of the snow still hanging about, signs of spring are popping out all around us. Although I do believe the frog made a bad call hopping out of hibernation so soon. We still have visits from the propane truck after all, it is still March for another week. Who are we kidding, we go through this every year so we should expect that it could possibly snow right up to the May 2-4 right my fellow Canucks? Regardless, we're over the "hump" so to speak, I do believe that but do not want to jinx it. I shall wait a bit until I take the snows off the car, perhaps that will put an end to it all.

It's been a "watching paint dry" sort of week around here. I'm watering dirt and hoping for tomato plants to sprout, drumming my fingers on the table off and on, made some banana bread and all things thrilling like that.

I'm looking forward to getting back out there (muck and all) and track down that fox family without trudging waste deep in snow (ain't happening). Time to get some new shots sans snow, I'm running low on inventory.

Question: to any of you, show of hands, do you attend "Art in the Park" shows? I'm thinking of participating in one up here in Tweed, would you come?
Have a good weekend!

Peace, love and kumbaya,
Heather
